Nylon Fabric - 200 Denier - Standard Nylon Specifications: DuPont Bright 6.6, 200 x 200 denier nylon with UV finish. Width: 60 inch. Full roll length: 125 yards, Firm flag finish. Resists fading - UV inhibitor in all colors. Uses: flags, banners, fabric signs, curtains, backdrops and windsocks. Weight: 3.1 oz/sq. yd. This is the most widely used flag fabric in the U.S. today. The fabric is known for its lustrous colors, excellent durability, and light weight for fly-ability. The fabric is specially prepared for outdoor flag use. Available Colors: With a few exceptions, most colors are available as shown on the swatch chart. Colors no longer available are: bright blue and spring green. Purchase minimums: Some colors require a purchase minimum which may be 5 yards or 15 yards. This has to do with minimum release requirements of the mill. Sometimes we are in a position to waive the minimum requirement for a specific color due to in-house stock availability. If you are looking for a color that is not commonly used (primary colors), we suggest you inquire about any minimum quantity requirements. We will always do our best to work with you to your advantage. |

Uses: Heavy duty flags, banners, fabric signs, curtains, fabric filters, etc. Made in the USA. Denier Bright Nylon type 6-6, yarn. Polyester - Dacron - 200 Denier and 600 Denier These are the fabrics we prefer to use ourselves when making dye-printed flags and banners in-house using the dye-sublimation method. The fabric is both durable and flexible, and when printed with high quality dye-sublimation ink results in excellent dye penetration of the fiber.
Style 8760 Flag Dacron, 3.2oz/sqyd 200 Denier Dacron (aka. Polyester) Available Slit to 60" or 72" style 8760 For dye-sublimation. Shrinks slightly at extreme temps used for dye-sublimation.
Polyester - Dacron - 600 Denier: Style 8763 Banner Dacron, 7.8oz/sqyd 600 Denier Dacron (aka. Polyester) Available Slit to 60" style 8763 This polyester fabric is used for dye-sublimation.
Special Select Poly. Non-wowen: Polyester special heavy fabric for Pigmented ink printing. The fabric can be hemmed or scissor cut. This ideal for banners, sashes, armbands available in 24" width and 36" maximum width x length. This result in a less expensive hoigh quality product than dye prin using dye-sublimation ink and dye sub methods.
